Low to High Volume Production Runs

Whether your needs are low or high volume production, Millison is well equipped to meet your requirements.

Our modern surface mount and mixed technology facilities allow us to provide cost effective product manufacture from prototypes through to full production.

Millison currently has three full SMT production lines as well as a dedicated prototyping facility.

Our production runs are produced on highly flexible Yamaha Pick and Place machines, MPM semi-automatic screen printers, APS or Heller full convection re-flow ovens, Asscon Vapour Phase re-flow oven and our Seho wave solderer.

We produce type 1, 2 and 3 boards to IPC-610 acceptability standards class 1, 2 or 3.
